DESTAN at “THE WORLD OF MILK”

“Destan” will present three dairy products that are new for the Bulgarian market at the XVI-th exhibition “The world of milk.” A variety of traditional dairy products and a few more exotic offerings will be presented by “Destan” at the XVI-th edition of the exhibition “The world of milk” that will be held from 06 until 09 November at Inter Expo Center – Sofia.

In addition to its traditional production of various types of cheeses and yellow cheeses, “Destan” will also present three new dairy products that have no analogues on the Bulgarian market – milk strings, kajmak, as well as three types of labneh. All of them are produced in Bulgaria with Bulgarian cow’s and goat’s milk according to authentic recipes from the Middle East.
“Destan” won three gold medals at last year’s exhibition “The world of milk” for its “Golden selection” yellow cheese, yellow cheese roll and for the “Selection” cheese that has matured for a minimum of 60 days.
